The hotel's ambiance struck a balance between modern aesthetics and colonial charm, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration. The highlight for me was the complimentary continental breakfast served daily. Fresh fruits, yogurt, and granola were accompanied by a strong cup of coffee, a perfect start for a day. For a modest price, I indulged in their eggs, thoughtfully paired with plantains and black refried beans, showcasing a delightful blend of local flavors and innovative twists. While my stay was largely pleasant, I had a minor clash with a staff member regarding laundry service. Biany and other staff members promptly resolved it, showing their dedication to hospitality. The hotel's location was convenient for strolling to nearby attractions like Paseo de Montejo.
